The cattle we raise free graze year round and are checked on day to day. All beef we sell is from calves born and raised on our ranch. We don’t use any hormones, implants or antibiotics – we don’t need to. All of the beef is processed at a certified facility ensuring quality from ranch to table.
For many generations our family has raised cattle on this beautiful central Texas land in southern Williamson County. Although older generations have passed and new generations taken the reigns, the core values and ideas remain the same. Simplicity. Honesty. Hard work. Stewardship. God has blessed our family with this ranch and we feel it is our responsibility as well as our privilege to care for it and utilize it wisely.
We produce a simple, good beef. Our beef supply is more limited because we focus on quality, not quantity. It takes time to let nature grow the cattle instead of feed troughs. We want to build relationships with local folks who want a ‘personal rancher’ to put the meat on the table!
